Shipping

Items usually ship the same day that payment is received or if that is not possible, the next business day.  We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and utilize First Class Mail or Priority Mail services, depending on the size, shape, and weight of the package.  The shipping service available for your purchase will be noted upon checkout.

If you do need an item(s) shipped via Express Mail (1 or 2 day shipping), we will be more than happy to assist you.  Please contact our toll free number 1-800-743-7155 and let our friendly customer service team provide you with a quote.
 

Returns

All items are guaranteed with a 3-day inspection period. If you are not happy with the item or want to return it for any reason, email us at customerservice@generationsreligiousgifts.com or call us at 1-800-743-7155.  If we agree on a return, ship the item to:

Please include a note or letter stating the reason for return and/or problem with the item. The buyer pays for all return shipping unless the item is deemed defective or was sent in error (mis-pick), in which case Generations will provide a return shipping label. If a refund is required, the refund amount will be the original price of the item returned. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is deemed defective.
