The Cavanagh Altar Bread brand of gluten free wafers are considered to be invalid material for use in the Catholic Eucharist according to the Catholic Church's canonical requirements.

All hosts are nonreturnable.

Ingredients: water, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour, palm oil. 

The gluten content of the gluten free wafer is 6 parts per million. To be considered gluten free the gluten content has to be below 20 parts per million.

1-3/8" Gluten Free hosts come individually wrapped and sealed, for individual use. As with all Cavanagh products, they are untouched by human hands before being packaged.
